Cuz of this plastic couplings you need to replace whole cooler. That's the problem with bmws. I have similar problem, but with coolant reservoar. Thought it was o-ring in the tube, but apparently the plastic part shrunk causing it to leak. Cheap solution would be just to fix it with silicone glue.

I have an m550i 18’ same shit need to swap rad but damn is it a hassle trying to remove JUST radiators seems like everything wants to come with ,
