Don’t know if an internet stranger saying he’s proud of you means anything but I’m proud of you.  Congratulations!  Thank you for your videos.  They bring much joy

Crying! What an inspirational video to encourage people to get off the couch and do hard things!! Proud of you, man! And Koda is a rockstar wife for pushing you and being an example!

Well I did NOT expect to be crying watching this! CONGRATULATIONS what an achievement, proud of you!

You have so much to be proud of!!!! You made everyone cry this morning. Congratulations and enjoy your victory.

Congrats Adrian!  What a journey it's. been.  YOU DID THAT!

There is absolutely no shame in crying at the end of the 10K. Those tears are proof of your grit, your heart, and every mile you pushed through to get there. I’m so proud of you for not only showing up, but for surpassing your mark from last year. That’s growth, that’s strength, and that’s the kind of determination that inspires people more than you know.

I’ve always loved your videos, but this accomplishment… this one shines differently. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t always loud. but sometimes it’s a quiet moment at the finish line where you realize just how far you’ve come. What a beautiful, powerful achievement. Keep going. You’re becoming someone your past self would look at with awe. Congrats again!!!

Omg I for sure teared up with you! So proud of you!!!!!

Thank you for showing such honesty and vulnerability. Proud of you Adrian! and doing it  with the support of your wife and viewers! Next time you will run the 5k Adrian watch lol!!

You made me cry congratulations you are so deserving of all your successes!!! 👏🏻

Wait! So I’m the fluffy runner high-fiving everyone at 27:17 and I wanted to let you know that your first video gave me the courage to try running. Seeing what it was like to get swept made me less afraid to try. I ended up getting swept in a few races at first, but just finished 3 half marathons and the STS Challenge. Thank you so much for being an inspiration and congrats on your race!!! 🩷

Singaporean here! I started watching your channel ever since you visited Singapore.  Congratulations on finishing that 10K after losing 100lbs, that is SO amazing.  For some context, 100lbs is nearly 1 entire Singapore Airlines female cabin crew member!  My healthy 91 year old mum is about 106lbs.  You lost the weight of an entire human, finished a 10K, it is EPIC!

I totally admire your dedication, and your wife is amazing.  She is so sweet and you are a lucky man!

Congratulations! This is such great inspiration for anyone thinking or trying to run any distance. Really, really well done. It was so beautiful to watch. Thanks for sharing!

Congratulations!  Great job finishing.  I was crying happy tears along with you.

Congratulations, what an inspiration! I wasn’t expecting to cry watching this video this morning, but I was so impressed & proud. You two make an awesome team.

Congratulations! What a great event and video! Keep up all the great work!

Thank you for you videos! They are so fun and comforting and entertaining. 😊❤

Congratulations!!!!    So happy for you and Koda!
