I do have a few of these, the gaahleri ones, which I have mixed feelings about. The GHAD-39 does work and I use it for priming with the .5 needle. I find the trigger on the slow/sluggish side for outputing paint. Yes it does work and I could use it and get used to the trigger. But... The Mobius 0.3mm on the other hand has a very quick trigger for outputing paint... I mean really fast and sensitive. A big change from the GHAD-39. I also just picked up the Seeker for quite cheep, which I received with both needles have tip issues that I can feel with my finger. It puts out paint a works ok, with a trigger is not a sensitive as the Mobius 0.3. So I ordered two new needles for it and will continue to use it.
But I am really looking forward to your part 2 to this vidoe as it will provide me with information and guidance on my next airbrush from someone that I completely trust will help me make the right choice!

And first impressions stick, even if you were at fault. I KNOW it's a good brush, but my trust in it's reliability was shaken in those first couple of months that I still regard it with suspicion when I use it to this day. 5 years later.
Really good quality, but the only issue for me is the need for a smaller cup and a narrow air fan cap. If you order these, you might as well order
some more O-rings, teflon seals, and an extra needle packing assembly for when you will need one in a few years, and a set of cleaning brushes.
Well worth the cost.
I 100% agree: the $50-100 range is the sweet spot for beginner brushes. The price performance curve just works out that way.
After $100, there absolutely is a general trend to higher quality, better brushes. It's just that it costs quite a bit more for incremental improvement.
Isn't disassembly/reassembly a factor to also consider? Nothing more disheartening than cross threading a tiny nozzle into the body of an airbrush, possibly ruining the airbrush.
Drop in nozzles are far easier to deal with (i.e. Iwata Eclipse range and also most Harder & Steenbeck). I know that the pricing of the Iwata Eclpse series would prohibit it from being an intro brush consideration, but how about the new Harder & Steenbeck Ultra?
