Scarlet had those studded gloves even though she thought she was just going to a regular ball. She had no reason to think she would get into a fight,  but carried them just in case someone gave her a reason to beat the crap out of them.

She also swears in the most sophisticated way possible.

Scarlet man handles people so easily one of her nicknames was the mad dog princess and another was the bloody duchess.

4:46 Actual words btw! In both sub and dub!

As Spike Spiegel wisely said "I love a woman who could actually just kill me".

She only beats the ass of those who DESERVE IT, and who have it coming. She’s lovely to the vulnerable and underdog.

You should ABSOLUTELY watch “May I Ask for One Final Thing?” It’s right up your alley, and I LOVE it,

She does have a love interest.
But their interactions are:
"I could fix her, but I love her so much more this way."

Scarlet: Violence isn't the answer, it's the question and the answer is yes.

Her hair changes because of her special time powers

Yeah, she absolutely gave her parents and her older brother headaches growing up. Her brother, who was the guy rushing in as she gave Kyle a long overdue percussive attitude adjustment, is still so shaken up by her childhood antics that he keeps a metal hip flask of stomach medicine on his person at all times. He’s also the one who begged her not to snap Kyle like a toothpick when they were kids iirc. This led to everyone forgetting just what Scarlet was all about until the studded gloves came back out to play.

I love how Japan's little thing for "I think" in an unsure way is, say the thing "...tabun" like, "I didn't kill anyone...probably"

Idk why, it just sends me every time xD

@12:18 The lady of beatings is actually one of her more tame nicknames (while in school she got the nick name Ice Rose which IMO is her most tame) other nicknames of note are:
Blood-Stained Princess
Mad Dog Princess
Princess of Blunt Slaughter

There are more of course but I believe those are all the ones from the episodes covered in CJ's video.

Unironically, you should watch this anime. You'll love it, and Scarlet is a fucking legend and an icon all throughout it.

and the art of the manga is muach chef's kiss!!

She purposefully only goes after those who deserves it, since if she went after innocents the system would come after her.

Scarlet: "These hands are rated E for EVERYONE!"

18:02 Bro, even the DRAGON was shaken.

CJ is a very well liked YouTuber who makes GREAT recap videos on various animators shows. This was a Mini-Trial to determine if Scarlet could become a member of his Round Table of Black Air Force Activity and her passing on just the first 5 eps of MIAF1FT? is wild. He has a LOT of videos on The Most Disrespectful Moments in Anime & he just dropped one on Danzo from Naruto.

The whole Godwin and the prince bit was also barefoot cause it is more convenient than replacing high heels every time she has to use that power.

so while cj sometimes makes up subtitles and dialogue, the situations themselves are accurate. cause the entire point of these trial videos is to show off how nuts the char in question is and that only works with proper context.  so i doubt the princes subs were actually in the show but the energy is the same
