As a 17 year range rover tech, I can tell you that the shifting issue is due to the dynamic EFG module which you can find on the driver side of the tranny housing.

It seems to me that the module that is still missing the connection is not the TCU (transmission/gearbox) module, but rather the TCCU (transfer case) module.

You will need to get the correct module with the connector for that car, then code it to the vehicle and perform the calibration.

Without carrying out the calibration, the car will not move from the spot.

I SEE COPART RANGE ROVER I'M ALL IN BRO LOL. My first Range was an 07 triple blk sport HSE flood salvage from NJ that went through superstorm sandy. Still ran and drove but had an electrical issue i couldn't figure out on my own so after getting scammed out of 4k to fix it i fell in love lol. Drove it for 4 yrs problem free until i sold it for an 08 full fat HSE from copart😁🙏🏾
