"your daughter is not always the victim"

cut to abby admitting she did everything she could to make chloe's life hell

wonder if mackenzie wouldve done better at improv if her mother didnt yell encouragement with such unnecessary anger, in an already stressful environment

the crazy amount of gaslighting they pulled against Christi MY GOD

The constant villainizing of Christi is actually crazy. Like I know she did and said some things that weren’t great, but she always took responsibility of that and apologized when she knew she was in the wrong. And Leslie and a lot of the other moms never do that. Like Leslie was literally saying Christi acts like the victim all the time, but she’s honestly just projecting her own behavior at that point because SHE is the one that constantly acts like the victim.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thinks McKenzie’s solo was clearly Asia’s choreography! Kelly and Christi claimed that it always was meant to be  McKenzie’s solo on their podcast but from the moment I saw the first walk I had a feeling Asia was meant to do that dance.

I never noticed that Ally was added to the group but it makes sense that she would be the one Abby called in for this national competition because Ally & her mom Shelly lived in New Orleans when they joined the team earlier this season

Melissa: “👹 IMPROV YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME AT HOME! YOU’RE ADORABLE 👹”

Don't apologize for the interjections .... I love them! WOW can't believe they tried to get away with those sneaky solo routine stuff

Brad, the reason Abby has said that they edited around Ally being in the nationals group dance is because the producers said they didn’t want Abby to bring her in for the dance but she did anyway, so they just tried to make it look like she wasn’t there.

Ngl, it was really overlooked that Chloe wasnt allowed to defend her title at the nationals bc of drama between the moms, like its crazy, i lowkey think it has to do with Abby being upset that Maddie didnt win last year

Watching this reunion in full was sickening. Leslie gas lit Christi BIG TIME, and Abby gaslit Christi when it came to Abby emotionally abusing Chloe. Kudos to Christi for fighting against it.

21:48 fun fact she actually won I don’t know why they made it look like she lost😭

I feel like the moment when Kenzie was supposed to improve she was probably just stressed/ overwhelmed to do something wrong or not good enough for Abby. As a dancer myself I sometimes get to stressed so my brain forgets how to improv because I think of what I could do and then my brain basically just blocks and over thinks everything

I completely understand Kenzie not being able to improv but she probably couldn't do it in that moment even more by the way her mom was screaming at her and the way Melissa grabbed her so harshly made my jaw drop a little, like why does she care SO MUCH?!  it's just dance!!

Fun fact about the 'Dance Doctor' solo: the costume was actually one of Maddie's old ones from a group dance before the show! It was set to that 'Attention Dr. Beat' song, and had Brandon (Brooke's old duet partner) as Dr. Beat and the girls in the heart costumes. There's no video since it was was from 2008, but there's pictures online. Asia's puppy costume from her first episodes was also from an old Maddie solo called 'Big Bow Wow' which is on YouTube!

No but why is Abby brown 💀 I watched all of dance moms, and I didn’t notice…WHY IS SHE BROWN 💀💀😂😂 bless her

god i needed this. I have a geography exam tomorrow and im so stressed i cant even look at my notes so thanks for the relief lol

i love Editor Brad's interjections

FINALLY MORE DANCE MOMS waiting over a month was just cruel brad🥹😭😭😭😭😭

I don’t really watch the show but it’s interesting to watch like this. From an outsider’s perspective, it appears like Abby was looking for any excuse not to let Chloe dance at Nationals. She beat Maddie the previous year so she didn’t want that to even be an option this time. She was setting up the ‘I’ll teach you all the same choreo’ first of all so that she would only have to choose certain people to dance (I assume it was Kendall or Chloe?) but then Christi and Leslie getting into it gave her the perfect excuse.
