Made from the finest Pork and a spice blend passed down through four Generations in the Lössel Family, the Sausage has been produced to the highest quality standards since 1927. Pork Knuckles, Steaks, and Sliced Pork are also prepared and served with the same perfection. Even the rolls are delivered fresh by their trusted master baker and they work with regional businesses. Handmade has always been a top priority here!
With their Grill Stall and glass-fronted Butcher Shop, they stop by the Pforzheim Fair just once a year, where for many decades they have been offering their Guests a delicious little piece of happiness for a few days with their Homemade Bratwurst.
