No stream tonight but please have a good day/night ^-^

As a guy who got into a lot of fights as a high schooler. I can very easily say that a push does not warrant a stabbing. In fact a push usually engages a fist fight. And the worst both of them would get is detention, maybe suspension.

This, this was psychotic.

In reality the 35 years sentence will likely only end up being 18 because our lovely justice system gave him only 17.5 years to be eligible for parole.

Even if this was self-defense (which it wasn't), a lot of people are willfully ignoring something called 'reasonable expectation of force.' Basically, there is a limit to how much retaliation is protected by the right to self-defense based on how severe the instigating threat is. A while back there was a case where an old dude shot a man in supposed self-defense because the man approached him aggressively over a parking dispute. It was ruled a murder because, under the circumstances, the threat the victim posed was deemed completely below a level that would merit lethal force

When I watched the new shoeonhead I was wondering if the vtubers were even going to touch this one. Thank you for your courage and commentary.

The knife was not a "multi-tool". It was a 1-handed flip-open folding lockback knife. It had a tiny flashlight on it, that's how they are trying to say it was a multi-tool, but it was very much an effective knife, like 98% of it is knife. Pics of it on google.

"Not one person who has ever navigated this country in melaninated skin." Meanwhile, the jury had Hispanics and Asians, and more importantly WHITE PEOPLE ALSO HAVE MELANIN.

10:25 "Can't be victim to a system you created" I'd like to see her tell that to coders. That's just factually not true lmao

Ignorant is the perfect word for this situation.

Its actually much worse in the UK.
Henry Novac was stabbed in the face, lung and back of his legs by Indian Vickrum. Vickrum cried racism and Henry was arrested, Henry told the police he was stabbed and couldn't breathe while he was dying.
The police responded "I don't think you have mate" and put him in handcuffs. Roughly 5 seconds later they checked him for stab wounds and he was dead.
This happened 8 months ago and only in the recent month did Vickrum recieve punishment.

47:22 how much of a psychotic ghoul of a person do you have to be to listen to the speech of a grieving father whose son was brutally murdered for the crime of standing his ground against an intruder and the only thing you get out of it is "well clearly this boy was a white supremacist because he liked to hunt and fish and play sports" Agent Smith was right humanity is a virus

Voting Adults by the way 🥴

How dare YouTube hide this from me for 60 seconds😤

This is what 100% tribalist society looks like. And that always leads to conflict. No way to avoid it

35 years (with parole, might I add) is actually rather light. They could have gone up to 99, if they wanted.

"Black women live every day in fear and agony, that I promise you the Metcalf's probably never spent a day living that way." 1. How tf did you make this about Black women? 2. They don't know fear and agony? Their child was murdered basically in front of their other child and they get death threats on top of all the horrendous stuff said about their son and their family. But sure, they have no idea about fear and agony. Also, Black women are the real victims here, apparently.

22:24 The opinion that I'm going to give should be a fact, it doesn't matter if you are black or any other race you can be racist.

I salute your courage on reacting to this. You are a brave one, Pine ❤ and while you may not understand why as i saw on another comment. You still are

Sadly, most of it isn't ragebait.

Yeah, once 38:50 hit I'm pretty sure Pine was not ready for this video
