Stabby = jail

no Stabby = No jail

As a guy myself. When I was 17 I got into plenty of fights. An altercation where one person says some s*** and the other one pushes you, usually winds up with both people in detention or suspension, never the morgue.

Going from 0 to stabbing is psycho behavior.

For clarification, Carmelo Anthony was the one suspended for already having the knife at school, so wasnt even supposed to be there. The other was instructed by his coach to watch the tent.

This is the type of stuff that radicalizes people

Chezlor: Oh man I hope this subject is a light one

Shoe: THE RACE WAR

If it’s “racist” to put a murderer in jail, then so be it.

They do not care about what happened, they just want reasons to hate

I find it humorously ironic that Karmelo's family raised a shit-ton of money for 'legal fees' and then blew through that money so fast they needed a court-appointed lawyer. Biggest grift-seekers on earth. This kid deserves to rot in prison til he's an old fart.
And all the idiots outside the courthouse who called this kid innocent or a victim, while also yelling racial slurs against white people and calling for their deaths? May Santa deliver to them nothing but coal til they stop being racist idiots.

Like I don't blame Mr. Metcalf for crashing the ever loving fuck out after the trial. Seeing how badly his entire family was treated, seeing how they've been targeted and threatened even after he tried to reach out to the Karmelo family out of compassion, yeah...I can't blame him for going apeshit. All-around tragedy either way, no young boy should lose his life over such insane stupidity.

That's the thing!  He WAS'NT threatening him with a knife.
If he had brandished the knife, it is very likely that he would not have been confronted!
He had the knife hidden in his backpack.  He only pulled it out as he was making the stabbing motion.

Saw a report that Kirsche commented on that three black women put a white woman in the hospital as revenge for Karmelo. They were well sized women and they openly admitted they deliberately looked for the smallest white woman they could find to beat up.

These people are insane...

this is Chelzor only just finding out about this.
think of the loss of sanity most of us had to deal with the last year.

I'm thoroughly convinced Murdermelo committed premeditated murder. He went there wanting to kill a white boy. Everything he did that day was toward that purpose.

Bringing a knife. Going to the rival tent. Refusing to leave. Saying "Try it and see what happens."

He knew exactly what he was doing. And if we lived in a just world, he'd be in a cell for life.

Just imo.

Boondocks had a what-if episode where the assassination attempt on Martin Luther King Jr. just put him in a coma, which he woke up from in (then) current day. He ended up getting completely fed up with how black Americans were behaving after all the work they did fighting for equality.
Unfortunately it's pretty clear that we are making negative  progress from then even now. I hate this shit.

Justice is supposed to be blind.
It is not supposed to be a "respecter of persons".
Justice should be granted equally to the pauper, the merchant, the soldier, the baron, and the king.

The reason they despise the victim so much is because they're blaming him for Karmelo being convicted. They can't blame one of their own, so they point fingers at the victim and "the system".

multiple witnesses  report Austin said " I'm not going to fight you at a track meet," just before Carmelo stabbed him.

Guy 1 stabbed Guy 2 (who later died) as a "response" to a shove, guy 1 should go to jail, simple as that

Colors be damned

If the situation was the other way around, streets would be on fire.

Btw the claim “if the roles are reversed” is completely bogus. There are statistics done on the matter and it’s not even close. White jurors tend to be roughly even in how often they vote guilty regardless of race of defendant- while (statistically) minority populations are FAR more likely to find a white defendant guilty than a black one
