I am 65, had hyper tension, anxiety and an irregular heart beat. I eat healthy and I got a DIVORCE and I am recovering nicely. 👍

I'm ngl, this diet just looks like foods you'd give your old dog before they have to be put down

Italian here to clarify on the comment about an Italian olive oil maker saying it’s toxic to cook with it. It’s a saying here but it’s not true, we never cook with it because 1) it is bad at frying foods 2) it’s expensive, so families probably started saying this to avoid waste. Its best use is raw on any kind of vegetable or mozzarella.

i just think maybe the next video could be something nice like "i had a picnic outside with my friends"

The whole ice cream conspiracy meltdown segment being just to have an excuse to season your food with a little pepper absolutely sent me.

Without any acknowledgement, the Fox presentation, on a meat only diet, has a background of ONLY vegetables during a health segment.

I absolutely lost it when Hank went "Eddie, put your shirt back on."

eddie couldn't stand the smell of slightly old beef in his car then proceeds to have a salmon delight in the vehicle 💯

this is literally just having an ED for a month. wistfully looking at the food you cant have in stores, watching videos of people eating the food you cant have, stress nightmares about eating the food you're not supposed to be eating, missing out on social events, feeling weak while working out, eating the same meals over and over and over. he did it all. what a guy

Crazy how Eddy's 1 hr video has been consuming more RFK Jr. content than I ever have before in my entire life

For the love of god, someone get Eddy a lunchbox

Wow RFK really eats at every rainforest cafe for every meal? How interesting

I know this wasnt the focus of the video but it seems the lifestyle you had before this challenge was so unbelievably balanced. Running everyday, eating healthy most of the time but going out with friends, having occasional meals and takeout. So many people yo-yo diet, where they go on an extreme diet, lose 30lb, go off the diet, stop exercising, regain the weight and feel huge guilt and repeat.

I find it funny that Eddy called Hank Green of all people, as he also shares the same birthday with Jarvis and Jordan

Finally our semi annual “I ruined my life for a month or two for your entertainment” Eddy Burback video is here!

i want the end of the video to be him demolishing 5 pounds of salad

Idk I feel like describing someone's voice as "gravelly" has a kind of rugged or sexy implication. The adjective I'd use for that mofo is "gurgly".

I see Eddy has switched it up from inflicting psychological damage on himself to physical.

I love that Eddy made a whole Google account to do this research, because he didn't want it to fuck up his algorithm.

his mustache is slowly getting bigger it will eventually consume his entire face
