excuse me im just crying in a corner at the mention and the love 💕😭 absolutely loving how youre using your cousin (both the standalone writing AND the visual elements/art). i have been wanting to introduce some art as well in mine and seeing your pages is inspiring af

“The ex boyfriend I can’t get rid of is my Cousin” has to be one of the greatest things said on YouTube 😂 Such a great video as always!

i love the look of just plain black ink on paper! even though you said you’re not using stickers or washi to avoid overthinking on the aesthetic, the writing in itself is really beautiful as well! i just love random scribbles and notes all over the page! and then ofc your personal art makes it even more beautiful. i’m definitely feeling inspired by your pages!

You can make your own transparent sticky notes! Buy a pad of thin vellum and a removable glue runner. Some transparent vellums can even go through your printer if you’d like. But for how I see you using it, I’d keep the weight between 50-75 GSM. As for the removable glue, Tombow’s MonoAir Removable Adhesive is my favorite because its applicator is refillable. Then, cut your transparent paper to the exact size you need, give it a roll across the top of the back side with the adhesive applicator and you’re done. Easy peasy. Hope this helps. 😊

The transparent sticky notes idea is genius…something I definitely want to incorporate.

omg when you said the ephemera felt like scabs HOW HAVE YOU JUST VOCALIZED SOMETHING IVE FELT FOR YEARS AND COULDNT EXPRESS??? yes yes yes omg

the monthly spreads are ✨ICONIC✨

I didn’t know Louise Carmen covers would fit a Hobonichi so well! It looks perfect! Also really love the simple way you’re using the cousin, truly the best way to avoid bulkiness and to not focus so much the aesthetics xD I simply love keeping ephemera’s too much though

Oh my goodness! I am watching this video now to prep for 2026 - looking for all the inspo - and teared up when you mentioned me!!! Oh my goodness. It’s still such a trip to see these references and means so much to me every time. Lucky to be in a community with so many creative people!!   ❤❤❤❤

What a perfectly timed video for me as I prepare to move back into a Cousin in 2026. You’ve given me so much to think about and I love how your spreads blend functionality, ease, flow, and beauty. I imagine I’ll be watching it through a couple more times before the end of the year and trying some of your spreads 💛.

You make me want to use a hobonichi cousin for next year 😭 I’m taking notes from how you use yours while also taking note of the things that I personally need out of a journal/notebook. Thanks for sharing, Tori! 🌺

love the doodle journal pages in this!

It’s refreshing to see your personal style as I am such a rule follower and would feel pressure to use the dates as when to journal.

i love the way you've been adding your own art back into the cousin. i'm going to pick up a cousin or A5 hon as a dedicated fitness and health journal but i don't plan on ordering right away. i'm still on the fence about buying the one piece collaboration.

OMG you got the LC!! The red is stunningggg 😍 it’s so good to know that the avec fits in the Honore, hmm this might impact my 2026 plans lol. 8:57 I loooove the broski report too 😭 thanks for sharing, and I hope you feel better soon!

been watching a lot of journaling videos and your video being the only one that might tip me into buying my first hobonichi. it’s nice to see just ink on paper and using it functionally and we have the same name. maybe it’s fate

I love everything about this from the cover to the organization of the notes, to the transparent sticky notes. I feel inspired! 💜

I love your memory keeping artwork! Such a genius idea!

That’s really cool.

Love it. Trying to convince myself to stay in the cousin and not be tempted by standard TN - very helpful in that regard! Can’t wait for 2026’s paper, I’ve tested it and it’s miles better again. This year my cousin has barely tolerated fountain pen ink, next year I’m going to paint like crazy when I can! I particularly love the spread with the oranges/lemons. Incredibly satisfying. Oh and totally agree about ephemera! When I stopped sticking literally anything into my Cousin it immediately got 10x more comfortable
