We found one of the craziest abandoned properties we’ve ever explored — an old farmer’s mansion that had been completely left behind. From the outside, it looked like another forgotten building slowly being taken back by nature, but once we got inside, we realised this place was something very different.
The mansion was packed with belongings, furniture and personal items that had been left exactly where they were. It genuinely felt like the people who lived here had simply walked away and never returned. There were rooms full of old possessions, forgotten items and things that gave us a glimpse into what life here must have been like.
But the strangest part of the entire exploration was discovering that the property still had POWER.
Walking through an abandoned mansion is already creepy enough, but seeing signs that the electricity was still running made the whole place feel even more unusual. It raised so many questions about why the property had been abandoned, how long it had been empty and why so much was still inside.
As we explored further into the house and the surrounding farm, we discovered even more things that had been left behind. Every room seemed to tell another part of the story, and the deeper we went, the more interesting the place became.
This wasn't just an empty building. It was like a genuine time capsule.
The property had clearly once been someone's home, and seeing everyday belongings still sitting inside made the exploration feel completely different from the usual abandoned buildings we visit. There were so many little details that made us wonder about the people who once lived here and what could have happened to make them leave everything behind.
We had absolutely no idea what we were going to find when we first arrived, and some of the discoveries inside genuinely surprised us.
