I’ll be sharing a slow cooked chicken curry, a chilli con carne macaroni cheese and a classic beef stew.

Ingredients List

Curry - serves 6 - 360 cals - 2.5 syns per serving
1kg boneless chicken breast
1 onion
Ginger
4 garlic gloves
Light coconut milk
3tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chilli
1 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp garam masala
Rice to serve


Chilli Macaroni - 596 cals - 0 syns - HEXA - cheese
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 red chilli
Handful of coriander
2 garlic cloves
Chilli con carne Spice mix
Salt and pepper
700g Jar passata
500g lean mince
Tin of kidney beans
250g macaroni
700ml chicken stock
100g lighter cheese

Beef Stew - 184 cals - basically 0 syns
400g beef
3 carrots diced
1 onion diced
2tbsp Tomato puree
2 red wine beef stock pots
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
2 bay leaves
600ml boiling water
