Every single Shadow Crystal Boss is foreshadowing btw.
Jevil foreshadowed your journey and how you're in a "stuck place" with "endless freedom".
Spamton is a puppet with a SOUL who demands to be a real boy which foreshadows how Kris is feeling disconnected and dismorphic when they have to accept the Player as their SOUL.
Mantle talks about your end goal and how you're stuck like an Actor, a Player in the Stage that yearns for just that more freedom.
Gerson talks to you about how the prophecy is yours to write and that the next hands to write the story need to simply believe in themselves to pick up the pen.
Pink/Mew Mew is a split personality cat who's whole thing is revolving around the dismorphia she feels when her body wants different things from her which parallels how Kris wants things the Player may not.
But funnier on their foreshadowing is that each boss echoes the discussion the last boss had which is further solidified that they're all tied into Seam and his interests in your Shadow Crystals.
A doll resembling Dad Cattenheimer.
You know what's funnier?
Gigue was the inspiration for MewTwo. A second alien cat.
Now... who would be a Mew Too in this situation who just got her heart brutalized in front of the player by Susie?
