I would hate Sheltered By Ghosts a lot less if it didn't feel like every opponent I ever play against somehow has 32 copies in hand on turn 2.

Great list. Hits all my high points. Agree with the "R&D" why did you do this question. Seems there are so many "I win" cards now. So many must answer or lose things. Unstoppable Slasher will not be missed.

I'm glad someone relates, I operate in standard with a non meta deck and I was excited for updates with various cards, only for the first day to be a pile of all the cards mentioned in this video from the dreg robot grinders. Like I can beat every type of deck on this list with my non meta deck, but damn it's not fun, and it's definitely not consistent, so it drags on and on. I wish Wizards stopped making these design decisions because so many of them were obviously going to have these problems day one.

Thanks for venting, I know I needed to hear someone just recap what sucks, especially with so much fun Reality Fracture cards out there that just aren't shining that should be right now.

Good rant and agree 99%. It makes me mad wotc halfassed alchemy because all the cards could've been nerfed but wotc gave up on adjusting OP cards, which was half the sales pitch of alchemy.

I will say lotta these are BO1 issues but I play it too so I relate. I will defend nowhere to run because ward/hexproof is even less fun, and if someone has the counter to my counter I can't get mad.

Revelations decks are one of the few decks where I just say "nah, I could fight it out and maybe have a decent shot at winning, but I don't feel like doing that".

I play the game to have fun, and yeah, Revelations is not fun to play against. I don't understand why people find it fun to play the sort of hard control that just empties the board each turn and then keeps the opponent's board clear while you slowly (or, if you're lucky, quickly) chipping them down starting on turn 8 or 9.

Great video. Foundations cards like Mossborn Hydra bug me. Landfall and lifegain don’t need to be the default mode of play for green and white. I love Unholy Annex though. I just wish there weren’t so many changelings to cheat it with. Rotations can’t happen soon enough. Way overdue.
