The transformation from the cart to the full-blown indoor restaurant is incredible!

He does a lot of prep work before he even opens. He is a hard working man

Huge amount of respect for someone who works this damn hard every day.

Im shaking my head thinking this guy is setting up and breaking down an entire full service restaurant EVERY day and cooking everything??!?!?!?!?  Unreal!!

I'll never complain about my 9 to 5 office job. This man is an inspiration. I'll be traveling to Japan soon to find him and support his business

These people are so grateful for everything and enjoy small things, I love their culture

Japanese people are really hardworking and also respectful among each other salute to the owner.

Japan is on another level when it comes to service, hospitality, and trying to become a master of your craft..

A very considerate man,to have thought of so many ways to protect his clients from noise and sounds. A very strenuous life, wish him every success.

Bro works harder in one days set up then i have in the last 6 months.

The best thing is that the Chef kept his working space clean and organized 👌 👍 🙌

I gotta quit watching this stuff when I’m hungry in the middle of the night I applaud your hard work sir the food look delicious

The man has worked a full day before he serves even a single meal. But, he definitely has one helluva system for setup and prep.
And, just for a few seconds, the first exterior shot at night... definitely gave off a Blade Runner vibe. "... and noodles ..."
If I ever make it to Japan, Hiroshima and his food service are definitely on my list. Wonderful mini-documentary.

What a hard life this is. I cannot imagine doing this day in, day out and packing up as late as this. That is some insane work ethic.

Much respect to this hard-working family man. Each meal he prepares looks so good, would eat there a lot. Wishing I could flip my noodles like he does. Beautiful family. Enjoyed this visit. 😍👍🍜

He is really hard working. I liked his stall setup and design. It would be so peaceful eating over there after having a hectic day in office or anywhere else.

A VERY WONDERFUL TRANSFORMATION OF A CART, IT BECAME A RESTAURANT. AND IT IS A ONE-MAN JOB. A MANAGER, A COOK, A WAITER, A DISHWASHER  AND A LABORER. INDUSTRIOUS PEOPLE ALWAYS PROSPER.

I love, love, love how the Ramen stalls look at night, all aglow and so cozy.

It's 4 minutes and 30 seconds in and I'm already exhausted! This is admiral work!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I love that he keeps feeding the son, and the son is just enjoying every single dish like it was his first meal!!! It’s so cute
