I have a friend that teaches English in Japan. She answered an ad. They asked, would you want to live in Japan the rest of your life, if you were hired? She said YES! And, she was chosen. She loves it there!

I know that Japan perhaps have some domestic issues, but man... I adore Your culture since I was a child. Were so lucky to see a bit of Japanese everyday "through the kitchen" :)  All the best for a person who create these videos.Greetings from northern Poland.

I love how hardworking & disciplined Japanese are!  Absolutely love their culture!

Amazing food. Also love how every square inch of that kitchen has a purpose, no wasted space, and efficient.

They have that kitchen down to a fine art, awesome!

Out of all the videos on YT like this, this place looks to have top notch Ramen and fried rice. If I’m ever lucky enough to go to Japan someday I want to try it!!! 🤤

Does this older man who opened the restaurant never get a break 😮 The food looks amazing and I would love to  try everything 😋

I’m not 100% that manager is human.  First he’s holding the wok handle without any towels (near the 12:00 mark) and then he’s just rawdogging the mandolin while shredding cabbage around the 15:00 mark.

Videos like this should be protected and preserved for posterity for their cultural value.

This is one of the best behind the scenes restaurant videos I've seen. I'll  watch it  again at some point. the food  is  amazing and the camera work is  great.

I was happy to see the man that opened was able to go home. He was a machine!

Like a well-oiled machine that kitchen runs like. Always busy always moving. fast service! Food looks delicious! Food that's good for you and not some fast-food chemical laced junk. That's why you all live heathier lives than here! Id eat there every day

Japanese women sound almost like they are singing when they speak, it’s beautiful to hear.

Japanese men on the other hand are more guttural and stern sounding.

I thoroughly enjoy my visit to Japan.

kudos for all the chefs in japan that work so hard to make the food as traditional and fresh as it could be. ❤

This is better viewing experience than any of todays Hollywood movies. This one also leaves a nice "After taste"! 😃

Now thats 1 efficient kitchen, not a single wasted motion!

That spray bottle with seasoning (soy sauce?) is a genius move

I am in awe. If people only knew how much work there is behind a meal they eat in 10 minutes...

Everything looks really good. No wonder they are so busy.

100% concentration over every dish ❤
