There are a lot of terrible Resident Evil games I haven't played, but of the ones I have, Resident Evil 5 is the worst. A plot constructed of villain buzzwords and a Matrix dodging Wesker are not even the worst sins.

Please enjoy GAME SINS | Everything Wrong With Resident Evil 5.

We already know we all came for him sinning Chris punching a fucking boulder.

Every time someone mentions RE endings as "Flying off into the sunset", a nitpicky part of me says "Sunrise", because most RE games, or at least their final stretches, happen during the night.

The blonde crying for help here is Capcom joke about Ashley from Resident Evil 4.

The fight against Jill and Wesker actually automatically ends after 7 minutes, if you didn't inflict enough damage.

Actually, I timed the Jill & Wesker boss battle while playing, it is 7 minutes

As to the “why send in agents without weapons?”, they likely wouldn’t be able to get the weapons through local country’s Customs. Especially a country that seems to going through a civil war.

Give a thumbs-up if you're one of the only three people in the world who enjoyed this game to bits!

I love how Spencer says only Albert Wesker survived from the Wesker Project

And yet we still see Alex Wesker.

1000 sins for Sheva not appearing in other Resident evil games

For those who managed to beat this game without a co-op partner, say I.
I

Edit: Guys, it's been two years. Why is this comment suddenly blowing up with responses?

Edit 2: Now it's been 8 years. I'm guessing I'll have to ensure the notifs whenever a new RE game comes out.

"High ground" in a volcano reference was GREAT!!! WELL PLAYED

@Rebellion-l6j 9 years ago

They should team Chris with Hunk since neither can keep teammates. Either they'll both survive or they'll both die.

@pizzarolls24 8 years ago

Chris's "Well, yeah but" in that scene was PURE GOLD!

@WickedSabbath 7 years ago

10:03 even Chris says "Do you get all your ideas from comicbook villains?" to Wesker hahah.

The real sin of this game is that we will never see sheva again

Why did Jill color her hair blonde AFTER she was taken by Wesker?
Did Wesker just go "Hey Jill. Looks like I prepared a little too much hair bleach and I don't want to throw it away. You can use it. It would go well with that purple tight combat suit I got you. Yes, yes, we will make a great duo with that getup. I know, it feels tight and restrictive at first, but once it stretches, you won't resist doing cartwheels and backflips for no reason!"

@kinglybuzzard5290 6 years ago

"Upon taking the red pill and waking up from the matrix, neo realizes that hes made a huge mistake" that line fucked me up man lmao idc if im 2 years late

@frogradar 8 years ago

gunna point out but at 11:35 Jill was incredibly drained of energy. She even passed out the minute Chris left, she was infact useless for the next 20 minutes of the game... she would never have made it to the ship area.

Its so weird to think about what happened in Resident Evil 5 and then directly compare that to Resident Evil 7. Like the changes are so huge and far from each other. In one game you fire space lasers on a giant monster that is supposed to be a boss, in the other game some hill billy , good christian family are the bosses. Its so amazing to see what this series goes through over the years.
