Good Morning Pea, really appreciate you and the impact you had on my life and so many others! Because of you a countless number of people changed their life for the better.

Michael’s the reason I moved to Iloilo and open Goldsgym. I know him very well. We’ve even traveled together. He’s actually a really genuine guy just like you see in the videos no BS.

Hello and thank you Pea.

I have never seen this guy before and he gave the best piece of advice "chose the place you'll love to live before, then the girl will come".

That saves a lot of headaches, trauma and problems.

MY TWO FAVORITE PHILIPPINES YOUTUBERS FINALLY MET! I had sent a message to Pea like a year ago suggesting to interview Michael! And here it is!! Love it!!!❤

Thank you, another great video from two of my favorite vloggers. I really enjoyed this one. I was on my way to Bergen, Norway when the fog rolled in. It was late October, cold and grey, and I remember wondering why I was living in the cold when warm places existed elsewhere in the world. Two or three days later I flew to Cebu City without any real plan and ended up staying in the Philippines for ten years, mostly on Bantayan Island. I loved it, but over the years I saw many foreigners either move back home or slowly drink themselves away. Only a few of us were still there from when I first arrived. I’m lucky enough to live from my music catalogue, so I can live anywhere. In the end I found the Málaga area gives me the best quality of life and safety, but the Philippines has a soul that’s hard to explain. There’s something truly magical about living there. These days I mostly experience it again through your videos and Mike’s. You really understand how to engage people and tell real stories. And yes, once Mike starts talking, he’s unstoppable 😄

This was a great interview. Mike is dynamic and such an innovative person. He is leading a good life.

I like that... "pick the place first; not the girl 1st."
