I'd swap Into The Nexus and A Crack In Time.

A Crack In Time really feels like the game where Ratchet AND Clank truly show off their strengths the best.

Justice for Lifter Bot, used once and never used again!

The real clank sections are the friends we made along the way

Clank sections are amazing for 1st time playthroughs, but they very quickly become tedious after several playthroughs.  Insomniac did us good with the option to skip in later additions.

By far, my favorite Clank sections are A Crack in Time, the puzzles are really fun and creative.

The Mario Galaxy music to the Into the Nexus Clank sections is so fitting!!

Woo 2016 finally got somewhat close to the podium in something!

Thank god there are two ways of skipping the entire Orxon section in a matter of seconds. Too bad the super easy way is locked behind challenge mode

I can understand why you put ACIT in 2nd but what I actully love about it, it that he feel like a real ratchet and clank game, like the section does not just feel like a add to the game but more like a  real clank section that is almost a game it self

Crack in Time had the best Clank sections by far, I wish all later games just build on top of that

2:32 the demolition derby and gadgetbot Clank sections in Size Matters were pretty funny. Probably the best in the game TBH. The more traditional gadgebot sections were pretty flat IMO. Not bad, just not that good.

I always like it when you have puzzles that are all about traversing an environment with a limited amount of very specific but general traversal tools, and you just have to figure out where everything goes and how to bring them somewhere. Bridges, ladders, trampolines, it's all kinda like a Boy and his Blob, moreso the Wii reboot, since it was more dedicated to the puzzle aspect. Cool to see the reimagining from 2016 got that right!

Rift Apart stands out, cuz it kinda meshes that with some aspects of Lemmings! Not as much as some of these missions in Size Matters but still.

A Crack in Time's on the other hand, kinda feel more like Blinx the Time Sweeper, at least in concept and some of the ideas, albeit executed slightly differently.

...does SAC really count? I mean we technically play as Clank for the whole game, and when you're not doing stealth by choice or obligation, you're... kinda playing the game just like it's more regular Ratchet & Clank, except some of your weapons double as gadgets, which I always liked, even if I'm very mixed on the game overall, including the Clank sections.

From small things like the low ammo counts for most weapons and even just gadgets, to how long some levels are, to some bad memories over the Casino's stealth with the monocle and some combat encounters after that... yeek.

I guess the Gadgetbots could be more counted as "Clank" sections in spirit, but maybe that's in the eye of the beholder.

Man i wish Insomniac did a side-game where Clank just takes a vacation to help out Sigmund at the Great Clock again and we get more puzzles on ACiT's engine.

Clank sections in Into The Nexus is my absolute favourite. Short, sweet and really satisfying when completing the section.

I bought Size Matters as a kid specifically because my friend told me there was a lot of Clank sections lol. It's been a long time since I've played but I remember enjoying most of then as a kid. Definitely see how it can get old trying to complete the game.

I'm happy a video like this exists !!! Clank is the GOAT

The Clank sections in ACIT are incredible the first time you play them or when you haven't played the game for a long time, that's the only issue with them, but that's normal for puzzle games, once you know the answer, they lose their fun

Great video man you're the best

Some of these ratings don’t really make sense tbh. For example you can give Rift Apart a good rating as a all game in terms of replayability because you can skip these sections, but when rating the replayability of the sections themselves, the question in this case should be: “How fun are these sections to replay if you couldn’t skip them?” Then you realize they’re probably some of the worst clank sections in the series replayability-wise

im clanking it to this video
