Nazo Unleashed , SMBZ , Final Fantasy Sonic X , Sonic RPG
The 4 horsemen of nostalgic fan made sonic media♥️

I'm pretty sure Chakra-X was a teenager when he made this which just makes it so much more impressive.

This is still peak fan animation 20 years later.

You’ve never seen it??? I didn’t think that was possible for anyone who’s been a Sonic fan for more than 10 years

WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?????????????????????????????

Also, it should be noted that, while the sequel Wrath of Nazo was canceled, fans are taking the unfinished storyboards and finishing the animation. Search Sonic: The Wrath of Nazo Full Power.

Edit: If the reused lines from the games bother you, I recommend watching HerotonVA's Remaster version of Nazo Unleashed. He rewrote the script and revoiced the characters with new VAs to make it sound more natural.

Ain't no way unc has never watched this before

People arguing about timelines lol.
People forget, episode 1, 2, and 3 came out years apart and had different music.
DX is the most watched version, but came out after Colours, which is why it has 2010's music.
You also have to remember that it released on Newgrounds to begin with, as that's where all animations like this were.

6:52 Every Year someone for the first time watches one of The Funniest death scenes in fan made media

YES SAM. THIS IS PEAK. I’M GLAD YOU WATCHED IT

6:58 I knew this would be your reaction to this lmao  EDIT: I watched this way before i ever watched Dragon Ball

This had more frames than OPM 3

“Yo sonic you and shadow need to fuse”
“WAIT THEY ACTUALLY FUSED? I WAS JOKING!”
I already knew that’d be his reaction 🤣

24:54 To the donation, Shadic was created in the original version of Chakra X’s fan fic “Power of Nazo”. Yes, “Nazo Unleashed” is a remake

Ok Shadow thinking of Omega and Rouge is understandable to me in this moment, because he's thinking about the people in his life that he could lose right NOW, rather than people he already lost.

Also Omega is fuckin awesome

The reason why Knuckles can revive people is because he is connected to the master emerald it gives him basically a ton of energy because as Nazo explained the Master emerald has a source of infinite energy.

This was absolute hype when I was a kid. Complete nostalgia

37:30 Fun fact: This is actually Nazo's Super Form from an animation that predates Nazo Unleashed instead called "The Power of Nazo"

There are also a few more fun facts, based from the times I've seen this.

1. Nazo Unleashed was originally released on Newgrounds, as three seperate episodes. Chakra-X later combined them into one feature length film and remastered it on YouTube. It originally had some commentary from the creator, explaining some tidbits within the show, but I think it was removed.

2. Hyper Form drains rings much faster than in their Super Forms. So... When Sonic and Shadow combined using Chaos Unification, their new fusion's Hyper form drains rings even faster than a Hummer burns through gas. As for Nazo, when he drains the negative energy of the Super Emeralds, he transformed into his Hyper Perfect form.

3. The final clash between Shadic and Nazo is a nod to Broly: Second Coming(A.K.A. Gohan and Goten's Kamehameha vs Broly's Gigantic Meteor)
Nazo used this move called the "Galaxy Destroyer," which would've destroyed the world and the emeralds, if Shadic didn't counter it with his "Billion Ring Chaos Wind(Imagine Spirit Bomb but with Rings, condensing the energy into a powerful beam."

4. Nazo is voiced by Omahdon

5. Though the sequel was canceled, other people are making their own version of the sequel. I would recommend looking at "GamerGuyd7Aces" and check out their production of "The Wrath of Nazo: FULL POWER" Since their Act 1, sneak peek 78% of the sequel's first act is done.

2:53 Salty: "I too love speaking in emojis"

Son- 💥 😭
