How the hell do you decide to cover a series of movies or games, and then then do videos that are very in depth and over 30 minutes on every single entry in the franchise within like a month? You’re a machine.

The camera issue is made easier if you obbsessively switch to first person everytime you turn a corner lol

Love your MK retrospective. Cheers from Brasil!

john  tobias    was  the  soul  and  heart  of mortal kombat  when    he  left    it   was  over  for  this  franchise

3:53 i think you mean fun-KAY!

U gonna play Shaolin monks as well right? This series is so good Ryan thank u for these videos

Good vid👌 do Twisted Metal next plz 🙏

Also have yet to play this

I remember getting a PC version of this game(maybe pirated or ported) All i remember is me getting bored because it had only Jax. I was actively waiting for the character select screen which never came. I was also around 10 I suppose

I litereally just discovered this series of videos yesterday so nice timing.

Hears the comment about shooting people in a MK game.
Jax in MK vs DC, Erron Black and a few future DLC characters say hi.

I'm guessing you're not aware of this game's development history This game was supposed to be a lot different than it was there's a video of the beta of the game on YouTube this game was originally it was supposed to be more of like a Metal gear solid mixed with tomb raider inspired game Sonya was supposed to be a playable character as well but this game was changed drastically when the co-creator John Tobias left left Midway

If I remember correctly, you can aim in this game. But I've played it so long ago I barely remember anything from this game. I remember being stuck at temple level and that's it. And I remember liking it somewhat, but I still prefer Sub-Zero game so much more.

They should've added a Jax dating sim

This is the only MK game I own but absolutely cannot stand playing long enough to get even an hour in much less finish. Kudos to you; as a lifelong mega fan I found this unplayable - and I actually found enjoyment in Mythologies: Sub Zero when it came out

I saw this game in the video game section a few times or in blockbuster maybe and I don't know if it was just the cover but I had no interest in trying it

Ryan did you see the trailer for the new Street Fighter movie? I actually think it looks really good, will you be reviewing it?

I went to buy this used way back in the day at Game Crazy and the dude told me don't even bother with it lmao, it's that bad

Dope. Everything you mentioned as wrong is more than likely why JT left.

Im actually the opposite with this game and Mythologies sub zero.

While I DEFINITELY understand the frustrations of MKM Sub Zero, I still actually enjoy playing it, because it still has the MK vibe and introduced a few iconic chars. And the music is awesome!

MK Special Forces game on the other hand............no.

I rentes this game when it came out back in the day, and it wa just NOT good....at ALL. Lol

I JUST actually beat this game for the Legacy Kollection Trophy. Lol

I put the codes and stuff in too. Lol
I did NOT enjoy this game at ANY POINT.

Actually the only "entertaining"(FUNNY because of how Bad it is) parts was the cut scenes and Jax and Gemini dialog. Lol

I'm probably never playing this again.

But I still will play Mythologies. Its gets better and easier as you play it.

Those who play these games on the Legacy Kollection got it easy with the rewind option. 😆
