Lifting weights, cardio, and intermittent fasting did wonders for me.

never skip face day

We overeat as humans. It’s ok to feel slightly hungry. I started fasting one day a week to reduce face fat. Every time I went to think about eating a snack I remembered how much better I looked with a jawline and this was better than the feeling of eating a chocolate bar

1. Reduce body fat
2. Walking 8k-10k steps
3. Strength training (body proportions)
4. Reduce salt/sodium intake/processed food
5. Shorter haircut
6. Breathe with your nose not your big mouth
7. Chewing gum (facial exercise)
8. Caloric deficit. Know your maintenance calories ~ then lose 300-400 calories from that maintenance calories

I'm losing weight and this makes my face more defined. I'm immediately getting more attention by the opposite sex. It makes me feel more wanted and sexier. Wanhee has such amazing advice! Losing weight is definitely not easy, maintaining a caloric deficit requires a few weeks of getting into a groove and avoiding sugar. But I'm getting closer to my goal.

im skinny but i have a fat face and the thing is i wanna gain weight but everytime i try to gain weight all the weight goes to my face 💀💀

I had a shit ton of weight on my face prolly two years ago and I started hitting the gym and maintained a proper diet. It really helped me reduce the facial fat which in turn boosted my confidence. I also avoided sugar, salty food, and drank plenty of water. A year later, I looked at my picture from two years ago and I didn't look like who I was from two years ago. 😎

finally he puts a video on this. this was the most impressive change caused by his weight loss. definitely improved his attractiveness

Running and other cardio specific exercises do an almost instant job. But you have to keep it up or it goes right back. Proper breathing control helps

Walking works. I cut calories and started walking 10k steps every evening last August. I lost 75lbs. No Ozempic, not starving myself. I eat whatever I want and drink seltzer instead of soda and juice/sweetened drinks (e.g., fruit punch, lemonade, sweetened ice tea, etc)

You are keeping it simple and real. Unlike the 10000 gymbro gurus out there with horrendous huge bodies. Light , toned, healthy, not obsessed. Such is the way.

Losing weight is the best transformation

I’ve been skinny fat most my life. Now in my early thirties trying to get a hang on my body and looks. Thank you for this

so a completely underrated tip is having stress management strategies which are useful to reduce your overall cortisol levels. cortisol cause a lot more fat to be accumulator around the face area and neck area

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

Also stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water 2to 3 litres per day is enough

buddy went from Apple Store clerk to Bruce Lee's cousin in that thumbnail!

I love how clear and understandable your explanations are.

Great video. For anyone who is interested, here are some more tips & tricks I wish I knew before I started dieting.
1. You can drink sweet drinks as long as they're 0 calories. Diet coke, diet sprite, etc.
2. Whenever you're craving something sweet just chew gum. Make sure it has close to 0 calories.
3. When you get hungry but you're near your maintenance calories, eat a light snack such as a banana and then drink a TON of sparkling water. The sparkling water will trick your body into thinking you're full for a little bit. Use that time window to take a nap.
4. Don't use oil for your pan. Use 0 calorie cooking spray.
5. AVOID YOUR NORMAL SAUCES LIKE KETCHUP, BBQ, MAYO, ETC. Use their low calorie alternatives. Sauces will mess up your diet HARD.
6. Eat a TON of low calorie food so you feel full. For example, you can either have 300 calories worth of strawberries (which is a lot of fking strawberries lol) or you can have a chocolate bar. They are both 300 calories but the strawberries will make you feel MORE full for longer.

Thanks for pointing out that total body fat matters. Since some parts of my body are slim and others aren't, I wondered why my face is not slim. That makes perfect sense, thank you very much! Very clarifying video
