I’ve never used an airstone for chemiclean but I do open my overflow right up so it pulls in a heap of air and turn my skimmer up with the cup off because a skimmer basically is just a big air pump
I can’t unsee the Tamagotchi 😂 … also, depending on when you filmed this, one of those boxes in your mess of boxes may have been for me. Sorry, not sorry, you’re welcome. Lol
The Hanna checker was off when she was adding reagent to the 10 ml vial. I believe you’re suppose to zero the checker first with the same vial without reagent. Right??
Hey March, I hadn’t experienced red cyano for a while, then recently removed a couple of massive green Kenya trees (yep, my first corals!), they were getting annoying, I kept a small one for old time’s sake. I’m not sure if this is a coincidence but both nitrates & phosphates then increased and the red cyano appeared, no other changes, now using Rowaphos but no effect on the cyano yet. Were the Kenya trees significantly reducing phosphates or am I barking up the wrong tree?
I am dealing with cyano for 2 months, my tank is around 10 mnts, I tried something for last 2 week in home aquarium 90 Gallon. I got a calcium carbonate (caco3, coral snow) i mix with rodi 50 ml with ZEOVit Cyano Clean . 1 drop. I see that my cyano has reduced a lot. I blow the rock and sand before i do this.
