This was a Belgium sketch show 😂

This is a sketch from a Belgian (Flemish) sketch comedy show called 'In De Gloria' that ran in 2000-2001. I have all the episodes on DVD. It's a really great show. The actor playing the host is Tom Van Dyck and the guy with the high pitched voice is played by Lucas Van den Eynde. As a Belgian, I love how this went viral internationally and everyone assumed it was real.

It seemed so real!

Glad you guys are back!

Just a heads up for the next Belisarius episode- not sure if you saw the comments from 2 vids ago, if you did, sorry for repost- the Sassanid Persians during the series are not Muslim, they are Zoroastrian. The series starts about a century before Islam and the Muslim Conquests. Muhammad was born in 570, half a decade after Justinian died.

There seemed to be some confusion on this point and I just want to better situate the timeline for you guys if possible.

where are you from?

If you guys liked this, you should both react to the Ushi Hirozaki's interviews, she's a really incisive journalist and make people uncomfortable.

I think I read something saying that interview was staged.  Idk.  Funny though.

You guys should react to the movie Waterloo (1970) if you still haven't watched it

On a somewhat tangentially related video: Catherine Tate Show- the offensive translator.
