The assassins kept getting critical hits but rolling minimum damage

Rasputin abused a high charisma build

For some reason, I always think Rasputin lived much longer ago than he really did. The guy outlived the Titanic by four years.

You failed to mention that the doctors of little Alexei gave him Aspirin, a blood thinner. So in some way, Rasputin was right to keep the doctors away from the little boy.

Leaving your family destitute. Yes, a man of deep spirituality.

I feel like Rasputin would have been a hell of a drummer

YouTube is only making things dumber by their stupid censorship. You want the truth? YouTube can’t handle the truth.

Im not surprised. he was big and strong and his eyes had a flaming glow

“Diabolical refusal to die” 😂

But when his drinking, and lusting, and his hunger for power became known to more and more people...

...the demands to do something about this outrageous man became louder and louder!

For anyone wondering about the Tsar's daughters; its known that Rasputin was allowed in their bedroom while they were in nightgown to help them with their bedtime prayers, which was obviously scandalous at the time, rumour mills claimed he was doing a lot more than praying

18:15 I’m sorry but the idea of this guy getting flirted with by another man and it affecting him SO DEEPLY he thought about it for years and decided he must murder him is. wild.

(I’m sure there’s more to it it’s just so funny the way he described it)

It’s cool how a tall tales can grow taller every time they’re shared. Rasputin has grown out to be a mystical man, but he obviously a creepy fraud who got away with fooling several powerful families…

Rasputin eventually reincarnated, and now Russia HasPutin.

"I like your funny words, magic man" Czar Nikolas to Rasputin, probably

He wasn't a priest.  He was the  Mad Monk!

The rumors about the Tsarina and Rasputin remind me of the rumors about Anne Bolyen and Marie Antoinette. Women are always smeared with - usually false -  sex scandals when their adversaries want to get rid of them.

There's also more than a bit of classism in the criticism and hatred of Rasputin. How dare a commoner wield such power.

BTW, the tsarina was Queen Victoria's daughter. That bloodline was known for its inbreeding and resulting diseases like hemophilia. They prayed that her son would be spared that curse, but to no avail.

Doctors in that day were completely useless for hemophilia, so keeping them away wasn't a bad idea. Many of them were prescribing torturous remedies

Damn if he looked that rough at 47 I'm not doing too bad for 33 LOL Didn't know I needed that lil boost today!!

Well, I wouldn't want to approach Grigory downwind. Apparently, you could smell him coming for miles. He did it deliberately, too: just to gross people out.

Man I feel bad for the stray dog... it didnt deserve to go out like that.
