Love how it glides at the 9 min mark

I would say the must two upgrades are deff the CVDS and pistons from M2C. I would bend the stock CVDS all the time. Also 70 WT shock fluid all round.

When I look at this car it reminds me of a batmobile especially the way it sounds from he wheels on the ground

Great video man.  ❤
Hope all is well 🙏

L2THEW IS BACKKKKKKKK.. WE MISS YOU DRINKING THE COFFEE

😂😂 The thorn bush at the end really got ya! I would agree with your assessment of the K8S. I have had a few hearing issues with mine, but it's hopped up and even heavier with upgrades 👍🏻

Nice run with the Kraton, its pretty smooth for its size 👍🇸🇪🇺🇲

Thank you for sharing your honest opinion on the Kraton.
I really want this RC car.
I already have a truggy 1/8 and I would love to have a 1/5th.
I'm going to check all your video on your channel about this RC. Thank you. ✌️

I use 2 3mm screws for droop,  if not when my suspension drops it shears the pins off my dog bones every time!

Looks like a lot of fun! You can really hear the weight of it when it lands.

Arrma 8s exb models are very heavy and more prone to damage when jumping 15 to 20' in the air. I use my arrmas for field and street driving and hit the ramp with my xrt 8s which just takes hit after hit with very little or no damage.

that chassis is in good shape after one year running 😲 I have only run mine 8 times and its scratched up at lot more than that

I am definitely a bigger fan of Arrma, just in general compared with Traxxas  Some of my favorite vehicles are from the Arrma 1/8th and 1/7th scale lines.  That said, I previously owned an 8s Kraton exb and now own an XMaxx and for me, the XMaxx takes the cake.  It, a long with the 6s Arrma are my all time favorites.  Just recently had the XMaxx at a ski resort where I let it rip on the mountain.  Drove it to the top of the mountain at night, which was so far and high that the XMaxx became nothing more than a speck.  Nearly lost it but luckily I could just barely see the lights I have installed on it.  From there, we took it back down the mountain at full speed and off the large jump that they had set up.  Wish at the time we had a video because this thing flew through the 17 degree air and absolutely nothing broke.  This was actually my first time jumping the XMaxx and my, what fun!  Sure the 8s Kraton could handle it but from what I recall, it was an extremely heavy vehicle.

Great to hear the pros and cons of the 1 year review. 👍🏻 I bought this rc last week and running it for the first time on Saturday! Beast seems to be the right word! I was thinking of the XRT next. Does it have problems with understeer? Would appreciate your advice 👍🏻

Hey man I just turned 48 and I don't mind body clips..😑.. lol.. they're definitely a pain in the rear.. on some vehicles more than others.. so I totally understand what you're saying though.. especially the ones that have no bend in them.. lol.. another great video!

Did something brash and  bought the V6 Kraton and then just recently, the new Kraton exb 6s.  Not ideal, had I known the exb was coming out, I would not have gotten the regular version but nonetheless.  Putting myself in debt.  Then also just dumped a ton of money into my Talion EXB back up and running which is a vehicle I am sure you would enjoy.  Limited slip setup front, center and rear differentials.  70 mph on an 18 tooth with the orange esc.  It came with a 23 tooth speed pinion.  We just installed the black edition Spektrum esc so we will see if goes any faster with the additional punch.

I think kratons and typhons are the best

Were you running stock or did you turn up the punch level?

Did you put the bigger pinion in ??

13:41 I’m going to send you a dog leash 😂 just walk it back to the car when it dies.
