Well much as it is uncomfortable to talk about such topics, it's also very relevant because future crew need to also know the reality of being crew and challanges they could face... I could write a book on my 12 years in Ek

In my opinion, you're right. People say that "This is terrible and too extreme to report someone because of cleaning and etc", BUT when you talk to person over and over again and you don't see any feedback and some actions, why should you endure it? And last but not least, person lives with strange person and that's not respectful to leave dishes, mess around, rotten food or etc to another person who is also working hard and wants to relax after flight, but not to see a mess around or some horrible things. You can mess in your flat or your parent's house, or in your room, but don't do this when you're living with another strange person and the flat which company provides to you.

I understand you're frustration.My flat mate was even worse.Always leaving shit on the toilet ball,shower full of hair,never helped with cleaning nor buying cleaning supplies.Always spoke badly about me to the management.I was not a cabin crew but glad I quit.Management favoured her she worked with them 7 yrs still counting yet I was on 4 yrs 8 month's in.

Sincerely, I for one can be patient with every one but for a dirty person that's HELL no even those close know it. Its only proud people who have hard un teacheable hearts otherwise staying with you was a great privilege for her to adjust and improve for her betterment.

Even I had a similar experience while I was in training with my airline . She was my roommate too 🤦🏼‍♀️ we became frds and later she started using the friendship, that also includes cooking for her , cleaning kitchen, buying things🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ terrible . And once that limit was crossed I gave her nicely 😅😅🤣🤣 now she is staying with others.. using them

I 💯% agree with the steps you took and the way you handled the situation. I’ve lived in the School residence for 5 years during my time in varsity of which every year i had a different roommate.
There’s nothing that annoying as a roommate who doesn’t have companionship and in a sense that they do basic stuff like, cleaning their space, making sure that the music is not loud for the other person or disturb the other person when they sleep. 🤦🏽‍♀️
It’s annoying and can make your life miserable and fall into depression I tell you🤞🏽

Dear I just watched the whole video.im working for a middle eastern airline too and pretty much we have same rules . My disagreement here is that you’re saying that she had to respect you cause you were csd and seniority matters and blah blah. In the aircraft .in the aircraft . In the apartment we re just human beings . She had to respect you as a person . This woman didn’t respect you as a person first of all .leave the csd aside.
