In 2018, Emmerdale star Roxanne Pallett accused Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas of repeatedly punching her in the Celebrity Big Brother house. The cameras told a very different story, and within days she went from respected actress to what she herself called the most hated woman in Britain.
In this documentary, we go through Roxanne Pallett's full story: her early music career with Urban Angel, her breakout role and award-nominated storyline on Emmerdale, and the years of drifting after she left the soap, including her day-one exit from Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.
Then we break down the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 controversy step by step: the shadow-boxing moment in the kitchen, how the accusation grew over the following days, how Ryan Thomas and the other housemates reacted, and the eviction night that changed everything. Ofcom received over 25,000 complaints, and Roxanne left the house on day 17.
We also cover her apology interviews with Emma Willis and on the Jeremy Vine show, the reaction from Denise Welch and others, the wider debate it sparked about false accusations and real survivors, and where both Roxanne and Ryan Thomas ended up years later.

The housemates were actually compassionate and reasonably balanced
It's because of women like her that us REAL victims are often doubted and not believed🥹
She's never felt a blow like Ryan's "punch" in her life........but claims to be a domestic violence victim herself? Makes zero sense! She created a web of lies and played the victim as soon as she was called out for it!!
I honestly don't believe it's any kind of "mental health" issue causing her to behave this way (I've seen a few comments on other videos using this excuse). I truly believe there are some people who are just born pathological liars, who can't go through life without making everybody who comes into contact with them lives a misery!
She's an utter disgrace!!
