One thing, I dont know if someone said it. We can buy pickled cucumbers in stores, but normaly we ferment our cucumbers, we dont add vinegar to them like in pickled ones. Fermented cucumbers are tastier and healthy. And yes, we love our preservatives, almost everyone do their own preservatives.
