Dang ok he doin train tricks, now this is getting me even deeper into the hobby

Thank you Sir, I really appreciate the the time you took to show us how to do it. I really appreciate you 😊

Many thanks Tom for the insights. Extremely helpful and very useful, as I am going to install Kato’s Double Crossover Turnout #20-210 on my new layout. I now know what to expect and look out for! Best; Howard.

Nice! Thanks Tom for sharing!

You don't need another power pack or wiring. Take the power plug from the double crossover and piggyback onto the power plug from the other track. I used bell wire, slid in it next to the conductors a very little bit of hot glue to hold the bell wires then tape to secure everything. Easy and it works like a charm and no need for feeders. A bit tough running 2 trains but most don't run at the same speed anyway

Cara que emoção de ver esse circuito nossa parabéns pelo conhecimento que vc passa 👏👏👏👏👏

THANK-YOU !!!!     This is exactly what I have been looking for all over youtube.  Question is ….. what is the blue box in the bottom right corner of the screen ?   Is that an additional power pack just for the automatic signal ?

Very good video.

❤

Hi  Thx 4 sharing !  So am I to  understand if running all Kato track and 1 power pack you only  need 2 feeders to use double crossover ?

Newb here.  what is the smallest blue unit with the black and red wire running out?

What would happen if I  used it in a way without the point motor and did it by hand .

From there would it be doable to use it in a siding for shunting . As could I have the M1 . Then have one of these on the loop then instead of having a V6 could both lines be sidings and would it still work correct ?

How do you wire this for DCC where you might have trains moving in opposite directions (opposite rail polarities)?

I'd like to get a double crossover but they're so much more expensive than 2 turnouts.

Question, what # equivalent is the double crossover turnouts #6or #4?

Does anyone know of a 00 gauge version of this?

There was no explanation of using the selector screws on the underside.   These can be set for either 'Power routeing' or 'Non Power Routeing', presumably as an alternative to using two track feeds.

Was für ein Glück dass du nur 2 Stromkreise hast. Weil bei mehr als 2 würdest du gar nicht mehr durchblicken 😅😅😅
