The text from the therapist is proof.

I hope he gets out of his marriage, Gets primary custody of the kids and REPORTS THE THERAPIST!!!!

Therapist needs to be reported and he needs to lose his license. This happened to a family member of mine.  So unethical.

He should lose his license to practice therapy. What a predatory therapist, actively preying on a mentally unwell patient. Disgusting. And meeting w the husband so that he can use their marital problems to his advantage. Sickening.

Turn him in...Turn that therapist in he shouldn't be one she's not the first

Sue him, divorce her. Enough said

So frustrating to hear a man being such a doormat.

I'm just stunned. Two horrible people and a man with no backbone. I'm having a hard time believing this story. He said he has a message from the therapist that proves there was an affair yet claims he does not have enough proof it happened. Licensing boards tend to be very hard on even the hint of inappropriate behavior. He needs to wait for her to go back to work so she can't file for alimony then divorce her and sue the therapist.

that therapist has disgraced the profession with his actions. He is not suppose to have affairs with patients. Of course the wife is also at fault because she knew she was married and she made the choice to cheat on her husband.

This guys needs to grow a spine and dump his wife. As a woman who has struggled with major depression and post partum depression, no way I would treat my husband like that or cheat! That’s disgusting and unforgivable, regardless of mental health. No excuse!

Turn the therapist in. And divorce your wife. She gaslit you, demeaned you, had unprotected s3x with another man, she still partially blames you for her cheating, admitted to being in love with him, and only went back with you because the therapist dumped her! She didn't go back with you by choice. You were her backup in your own marriage! DIVORCE!!!

Sounds like the therapist is a narcissistic pos. He’s probably got thousands of victims out here

Her PPD is NO EXCUSE for the way she treated her husband even after the affair ended.:text-green-game-over:

The therapist is a predator and should go to jail and lose his license. no she should not be cheating on her husband that’s awful, but the therapist dumping her afterwards how many times has he done this?

This marriage is a “dead fish in the water”.  There’s no hope to revive it.  The stinking water will only rot the rest of the family.  The cheating pair knew that the OP was a spineless doormat and they played him for the fool, while they carried on their affair.  The wife only stopped because she was dumped by the therapist.  Most DEFINITELY, she will continue her affair with the therapist or someone else.
OP needs to stop waiting for the moon to turn green, and kick his cheating wife out, divorce and sue the therapist, for the alienation of relationship and his licence.

You have proof..turn him in

Firstly, the therapist unethically preyed upon his client. Secondly, the poster needs to report this to the state psychiatric board. Thirdly, the wife is a pos also.

21:01 he is going to really mess up his daughters with this awful behavior instead of “protecting” them. Children aren’t stupid.

If that Therapist is practicing in the United States he has to carry a minimum of one to $3 million in malpractice insurance. This man should take his kids divorce his wife and then cash in.... that Therapist is dangerous, obviously a predator and all of his prior female and adolescent patients should be re-interviewed for Other indiscretions this is not a guy who is done at one time in his whole career this is someone who's just been getting away with it.

This “therapist” should be reported and debarred immediately!! 13:59
