That curve by Chandra Cheeseborough was fire 🔥

Dam the cheese at that 3rd leg up, Alice Brown always leads off bomb

Evelyn Ashford didn't get the recognition that she deserved. She and Allyson Felix are my absolute favorites!

The Evelyn Ashford!! My all time favorite female sprinter!! All you have to do is get her the baton and she'll take care of the rest. That 88 games anchor leg still gives me chills.

WOW, look at that stadium filled with all those people!!! Evelyn is the BEST!!!

And Cheese was in the house!!!  😁

Doesn’t even look like Evelyn’s feet were touching the track!

Ashford...my favorite sprinter of all time. Probably the last clean champion.

That last pass just fell into Everlyn’ Hand like perfection !

Evelyn Ashford was a hell of a runner.  I don't know many sprinters/runners like her.  Makes me tingle just watching her in this event in both 84 and 88!

Evelyn and Wilma were the perfect Naturals !! In présent days, they would be at steady sub 10.65 ❤

When I tell you this race gave me chills!!! Those passes were fuckin PERFECT!!! But that Evelyn Ashford, babay!!!! She was one to always gets the job done!! I live

Chandra Cheeseborough had a fantastic leg.

I was lucky enough to be there that day!

Although Team USA ladies didn't break the Olympic or World record that day, the dominance of their performance makes up for it.  That win ranks among the most impressive sprint relay victories in U.S. Track and Field history for women...right along with Seoul 1988 and London 2012

17 year-old grade 11 high school student France Garaeu anchored the Canadian team.

I'm so proud of these black females, I watch these races over and over, and never get tired of seeing these talented girls

Ashford running style just makes me smile 😂

Passing was good that day ! Which is rather rare in US relays . East Germans would have been 10 meters behind.  Thank you so much Evelyn ❤
