The biggest mistake was signing him for 100m, also English media hyping him

the story of any English footballer who is hyped up to the max

Being English is such a privilege especially if you are a football player

The simple answer Jack lack discipline even since his villa championship days , there is no players in history with his attitude and party mindset lasted for multiple seasons at top level .

he is still partying...

Alcoholism with British folks in general, is a huge issue.
I come from Eastern Europe, so I'm definitely not a stranger to this, we drink and smoke way too much, but all throughout my trips to the UK, Spain & Greece, I was mortified with the amount of alcohol and drugs that the British consume... I mean from young lads, underaged, to full grown men and older gents, same with women, lots of them went on non-stop binges.
And this translates to top football prospects as well.
I don't want to judge, but all of this surpasses the limit of fun and enters into serious problems territory.

As a kid, his calves were incredibly large.

The biggest mistake he made was joining city in the first place, pep utterly destroys creativity in his wingers. Grealish was always about directly attacking the defenders and pep hates that. It's no wonder none of their wingers form last longer than a season

Terrific for Everton already, one of the best Toffees debuts in some time. 2 assists and walked away with the man of the match award.

He's a good player, but he's not a football thinker, no Cruyff here. At Villa he was given freedom to do pretty much anything he wanted on the pitch and was dynamic and creative. At City he was told to stay wide and don't lose the ball. Now at Everton, David Moyes will tell him to use his experience, have him work hard, but will give him more leeway to play his way. One game doesn't count for much but I think he can be a success for Everton. It's a good fit, proud old people's club like Villa, no positional play diehard manager, and Moyes is a warm character who gets honest hard work out of players.

Edit: that's now 2 games for Everton, 2 man of the match awards, and 4 assists. He's 8th in the league for Premier League fantasy points rn.

Hes still got it and i feel moving to Everton will defo re-ignite his career, 2 assists in the last game and lots more to come

he went old very fast

2 words... Drunk Grealish

Him, and Phil Foden, it felt like winning treble the Ultimate conquest in club football made them feel like they have achieved it all in their careers and are satisfied with it. No more hunger to pursue something more,.

Jack was never as good as people said he was simple as that

Grealish started reading his own press clippings.  Pep has taken quite a few from the top to not in a hurry.

Ped, are you not feeling well? No Bonnie Blue reference

English boys partying too much is an old tale. On the bench for Everton was sad.

Enjoyed this video mate, great presentation and narration, all the best to you.

He was never the same after he left Craggy Island.
