Let's not forget that Klopp and team attained 92 and 97 points at the end of two seasons, but still finished second. 97 points is 4th highest in premiership history while 92 points is 8th highest. For context, every damn team that finished with 92 points and higher at the end of a season won the league title, EXCEPT Liverpool who missed out twice. Man United won a handful of league titles with just 75 to 82 points a season. Arne Slot winning it was in a way, life's way of making up for the club missing out on those two prior occasions. I mean, it's really 'uncanny' how Pep and MCity dramatically fell from their peak soon as Klopp left.

Not to mention we dont even shoot anymore. We just pass pass pass and try to get a tap in.

In his first season, Slot was forced to play Klopp’s style of football. In his second year, Slot imposed his SLOTH FOOTBALL, and he’s seen phenomenal results 😂😂😂

"Out of position" is a good description, Frimpong, Konate, Gomez ALL LOVE running up, Especially Konate. Van Dijk stays back, and Kerkez is the only player who goes up the field in a mid area, but he quickly recovers and runs back to his area when the time calls. I can't believe their is rumors to extend Konate's contract when hes consistently been the WORST player (Along with Gakpo)

>sub wirtz off
>team loses all forward motion

defensively more open than salah's forehead before he went to turkey 💀😂

dont think we are expecting instant success, we were patient with Jurgen because we could all see the plan, this team is getting worse and going backwards. Since matchday 6 we are 12th

90@ of Slot's success last year was that he was riding on Jurgen Klopp's teams-tails.

I seen a comment elsewhere about Liverpool this season "Bonnie Blue is tighter than our defence" 😂😂

8:55 YES bro, all he does is maybe put Salah or someone on the bench but HE NEVER ADDS the players who have been doing good! Kerkez is amazing but no one is supporting him if u watch games he's usually stuck in a 2v1 or 3v1 (I dont care what no one says he is an elite wingback still) or playing RIO! who has been elite! Rio has created more chances then Gakpo, but he usually picks Gakpo, even when he doesn't pick Gakpo he changes the formation so it can't fit Rio

Watch Slot's presser from yesterday. He's literally saying that the club is fully backing him for the next season as well.
This is the Rodgers saga all over again. Xabi is just a wet dream now.

11:00 so true, Yes managers don't change tactics drastically depending on who they play but they at least change 20-30% of their tactics to win. But its so obvious that Arne Slot now is lazy, he depends on whatever formation he picks for the day and the players to do good rather then tactically assist the player

I wanted him out last March….yes whilst we were top. The football was just boring and slow and if im going to dedicate 2 hours for a game of football it has to be entertaining. As Klopp says the primary purpose of football is to entertain and nowadays I could fall asleep watching this team.

completely agree with everything you said, watching liverpool for 10 years and this tear was the sloppiest we ever play

Liverpool signed almost every player they needed but forgot to sign two elite, technical wingers in both wing and a CDM.

Please do a story on Szoboszlai 4:25

I seen this happening in the beginning of the season. Too much attack and no defensive buys.

Liverpool isn’t PSG, and Slot seems to be taking quite a while to fully grasp that. As a Liverpool supporter, my patience with him is starting to wear thin.

we'll click when Arne leaves, Rumors going around that Xabi Alonso wants to come, Xabi loves discipline and tactical dominance, HE knows how to do it, He just needs a disciplined team (Which are us, excluding some of our defense), PLUS Xabi would probably love to manage liverpool since he played there
