He should've made his final smash last 2 entire minutes to make him true to character

I really hope we eventually get a "Sakurai when designing Robin" and it's just drunk Sakurai throwing ramdom shit at an anime sword fighter's moveset. Then, the day after Sakurai wakes up with a hangover and no memories of what the hell is a Robin.

Edit: The day has come

Eggman: I’m, gonna go higher, I’m pissing on the MOOOON!
Sephiroth and Sakurai: We need to aim higher, we’re destroying the entire solar system

"Just don't get hit bro" has to be the best advice Sakurai gave

I can't tell you how much I like the running joke of Sakurai forgetting Robin exists

I don’t see why Nintendo is upset, Sephiroth creating a kebab is one of FF7’s most iconic moments.

"Fountain of Kebabs" sounds like a legit place.

I should not be laughing this hard at the pear joke😂😂😂

Sakurai sounded extra energetic here.
It seems he really is excited for sephiroth.

Sakurai: What did you expect the final boss character NOT to be very powerful?

Well I guess he forgot Ganondorf and Bowser's existence.

The part when Sephiroth cuts the stage is hilarious

I love the running gag of Sakurai not knowing who Robin is!

This is the one time Sakurai actually balanced him out

Alternate title:

What happens if the final boss stays the way it is when you unlock him instead of becoming weaker

Five years later and I still can't believe Sephiroth is in Smash

It was a dream come true for me

Sephiroth kit's design philosophy is basically:
"Okay, how strong can it be without being OP?"
I feel like the idea was to make him feel like a playable boss and they nailed it.
