It's like heaven ❤All those record shops ❤I love the old 80s 90s hardcore bands ❤Japanese punx❤disc union❤is my favorite record shop❤😂it's like paradise there 😂If its more cheap to live in Tokyo shinjiku, I would love to live there ❤️ everyday my life will be awesome 👌

I think Tokyo and Japan are the best place to dig.
Ive been only one time at Tokyo in 2004, i ve found some good vinyls 👍

このAnchor Recordsと言う店の場所って昔はブートレグのVHSが貴重だった時代に狭い所に凄い在庫抱えてたRockersと言う店だった。Stevie Wonderの82年の武道館の完全収録送の画質のヨレヨレのビデオで初めて買ったよ。懐かしき。

Looking for CDs especially rare ones, like live or bootleg Hard Rock and Metal any insight I really appreciate it. Back in early 90s I recall plenty of used Cd stores in Shinjuku🤣🎵🎶🎌

I'm going in two weeks! I've watched a lot of your videos and it's really opened my eyes! I've heard RECOfan is closing soon?

I'm mostly excited to find dancy-pre EDM kind of sounding music. So lots of 60s beat, soul, funk, and even really want to dig for dancable dance-punk stuff as well or other material. Any reccomendations in shibuya or around Tokyo are welcome. Thank you Rice Field!

Interesting video, Michael. Wow - this is a community dedicated to vinyl and record collecting specifically. Lol. One thought - I miss Tower Records. We had a huge Tower in the area at one point. I can’t tell you how many times I pulled great records out of that shop. Thank you for the unique perspective. Cheers.

Great video! I spent the last few days digging in the reggae record stores you mentioned and I see I missed some opportunities at some of the chain stores. Great to see Orange Street, Nat Reggae and Dub Store on your list. For all the reggae heads, its also worthwhile popping down to Coco Isle in Shibuya

Hi Mike were there any recommendations for store to get cheap lps especially hiphop that maybe not regular store worrh but still digger friendly. Looking to buy in bulk
