The 1.9 cdti vauxhall/ Renault is one of the best van engines they made. Anything pre DPF is a winner.

I just purchased a Ford Mondeo Estate, a 23 year old car for very cheap. I built it out to act as a micro camper for 2. Planning to have 3-4 day long trips in the mountains, and also to big cities. I've always been a fan of 'more comfy than a tent' camping, and now it is time for me to start the journey. Maybe I'll upgrade to a Traffic/Vivaro sometime in the future. Very nice, I'd be tempted by that beauty. Couple of things though, any service history and how much rust in the underside? These are key points - you want something that has had a little TLC so you don't find yourself being towed home, and if it's rusty underneath walk away. The interior is excellent though, compares with a VW.
