I sometimes think about the video a creator never uploads. Not because they ran out of ideas, but because one day they quietly became tired of giving so much of themselves to something that kept giving so little back. There is no announcement. No dramatic goodbye. The camera simply stays where it is. The unfinished idea remains unfinished. Weeks become months and eventually a channel that once carried someone's ambition becomes a page filled with memories of how hard they tried. That possibility bothers me because sometimes the creator was never as far away as the numbers made them believe. Sometimes the content had value but attention was being lost before it could become stronger watch hours, returning viewers, subscribers and momentum from one video into the next. Looking through your channel, I don't believe you need another person telling you to work harder. I believe there are deeper gaps that can be corrected, and I know how to work on them to give this channel a serious opportunity to skyrocket beyond where it stands today. Before you ever reach the day when you wonder whether all this effort was worth continuing, can we connect?

That's a very good point. The mental size. I'm looking at the LWB version, but keeping it light and open inside is vital for me. Only 2m high is great too. I am a member of the tennis club that has showers and toilets, and is accessible by members 18 hours a day, every day. I think van life is much easier here in Australia compared to Europe or the UK. So many outdoor electric barbecues and toilets are free.

Good one - new subby here. I'm a full time van lifer, too, so your video is very relevant.

Good set up pal, the difference from swb to lwb is 40 inch or so but it makes a difference, and pop top gives you  the stand up ability. I've had both and never thought lwb made a difference but it does. That's only my experience friend I hope it helps.

Good thing with the swb is any garage can work on them and do mot's. The lwb are class 7 and fewer places will mot or have the lifts to worknon them. I've an older 2012 swb conversion. The lwb in these where only 200mm larger!

Building a shower in my sprinter there a nightmare of a job.

Is it mentally big enough for you ? I have my podcasts and I like to knit and read. I invested in a swivvel under the passenger seat. A company in Accrington makes them custom. I turn that seat a quarter with the back to the side window. Legs on the driver's seat.  It completely opens up the space and I sit in full daylight when the weather is bad. Makes a hugh difference in quality of life.
For number one I use a yoghurt pot and empty that outside. When dogs are allowed to pee in the grass, why can't I empty my yoghurt pot in it ? For number two I use an Ikea compost bucket for under the sink They have a flat, well closing lid. After some practice you can do with the smallest version of it. Line it with a plastic bag and fold the rim over the outside. After use close the plastic bag and dispose it in a bin. Refresh the lining, put in the toilet roll and sanitary wipes and the roll plastic bags, close it with the lid and it's ready to use the next time. For a shower in the van, order a 5 liter pressure plant spray, replace the nozzle with a small tube. Order a small doggy foldable swimming pool to sit in, rinse all the soap off, throw the water away dry the pool and fold it back to a small flat pack,  and bob's your uncle.  Thank you for sharing, enjoy your freedom and follow your own nose, as we say in the Netherlands.

Lwb vivaro is 5.4m but mwb peugeot boxer is 5.4m and its high roof and around same price.

What do you insure this as? Anything special, or just a regular van?

Hi Ian, Doesn’t it annoy you not being able to stand up? I have the XLWB Transit Jumbo high top but considered getting a Daf 7.5t truck. I have to be able to stand as I have back and knee issues, you’re a bit too young for that I guess.
