I’m a massive advocate for the charity Grief Encounter. They help children & young people to manage their grief after the passing of a parent, sibling etc. During the pandemic their services have been needed more than ever. Thank you for making a donation to any charity!

Possible charity : I have CRPS (the worst chronic pain condition in the world - It’s known as the suicide disease - don’t think I need to explain that one) November is CRPS month.
