At this point It's clear that even the falling apart of TP and the Dune affair are part of his creative greatness. Like every great and true creator David had a way of including diagetically everything that happens into his art, and spreading out from darkness and  brokenness to the whole Universe

massive respect for David Lynch. he was very in tune with the interiority of human experience - feelings, images, perception, inspiration.

You know there are some people who think that David Lynch was a very odd man.

Where does this come from? when? how? how can you not include any context?

I've read Dune Messiah... don't lie David. It was comical how upset I was reading that chapter and realizing he filmed this because he was never going to make that movie. Oh well, can't blame him; no original idea under the sun. But I can cringe at  how defensive much towards poor Mädchen Amick... first they mention the diner scene how she partook in, but not how creepy it is that David Lynch wrote his character to make out with her. However, cute story, but sounds like Bob was an accident. So she was right, didn't have to toxically snap at her.
