R.I.P. both of these men

Thanks for the upload. Reed vs JYD in Mid-South was the best.

this was wrestling

RIP to JYD and the Real Hacksaw! Shout out to the best play by play announcer Jim Ross!

jyd wasnt even doing the lil jyd dance yet

I remember this match I was 15 years old

REAL wrestling.  They made you believe.

Mid South Legendary territory. Jim Ross!!

This was the best push ever for a new wrestler this is brilliant and it’s brother helping brother this only happened once in in a while but not all the time… talent recognize talent and it was obvious to JYD

before the chain round the neck

They also went head to head at The Sportatorium in Texas too

No internet, no wrestling secrets being intentionally exposed. Rest in Power Butch Reed & Junkyard Dog. When wresting was wrestling!  👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ripjunkyarddog

This wasn’t in the Dome, it’s from the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston. You’ll know it’s a New Orleans card by the barricades around the ring. The same ones they use for Mardi Gras parades

🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯

I'm shocked that the Junkyard Dog didn't literally beat tge pants off of Butch Reed here. That wouldn't have been uncommon in the 1980s
