The apostle is from ECG church, that is Shepherd Bushiri's church. Remember Shepherd Bushiri who was spirited out of the country while on bail. General Sibiya was rumoured to be involved in that move, and Bushiri at the time accussed general Sibiya of extortion. That's what will happen to General Sibiya if granted bail, he will disappear.

I doubts this affidavit I believe this was encouraged by the legal team but really they just make the State's case strong nd unfortunately the wife can't state that she wnt nothing 2 do with this case but she implicated people's names like the Generals I believe she must be called as a witness nd crossed examined by the State 🤞

It should be called the confession  of the scorned  wife.  No lawyer  with average intelligence  should  read into the record evidence  that purport to achieve positive  outcome. The legal entity performance is very exposed now that these cases are on the public eye. They are scrutinised and now you see what has been happening to people who couldn't afford lawyers and the injustice etc.

Im not sure but at Madlanga Sibiya said he and his wife are divorced and the place where he stays has high walls for security but stays in a very small place . If I have it wrong  please pardon me if right this is extremely necessary to use it in the bail application .
