Dismount and mounting 195/70-14's. Fumbled around breaking the bead and getting the new tire on the wheel. With some practice, I think you can easily be around 5 min per wheel.

I like the idea of this changer but at 4-500 bucks is steep. I like to see it at 3 hundred tops. At the current price for 3 hundred more would get you their basic full fledge changer.

Wedge your right knee on the front side of the tire when bead breaking. It truly helps keep the wheel straight

If you stand up the bead breaker part, you will get a longer throw on the arm. You keep hitting the pad the way you are using it. I only have to move the arm once on mine to get the tire on.

You did good but it would be faster if you lube the tire so everything turn easily
