Bodybuildings ifbb first couple kuba and meg another well thought out video full of great information for every keen bodybuilder to weight trainer theses videos are priceless cheers guys kev Sydney Australia

I wish I could move from the U.S to the U.K just to go to Ultraflex

I say this very video but I’m a female supporter snd the benefit snd enjoyment I get from each of your videos both seperate but what a force done together. I also say how incredibly noticeable it is that you have grown so much and it is contagious your positive energy..not to say there will not be bad days but you are showing us how to handle them in a different way..I appreciate you both being so open snd honest. It is such a form of strength to tell the people around you what they mean to you snd how they impact your life snd kuba coming from a female the way you treat Meg snd the way you treat the other men in your life is showing these younger males how to conduct thenselves and you can have all the muscle in the world but be sensitive at the same time snd it’s a beautiful quality. You deserve the happiness you have created for yourself..and Meg is one of the best role models when it comes to a super women that i know. Only up from here guys

Man I wish we had those red machines here in the US, they look killer!!

Always on point with these videos. It was a great start to my morning. Got my focus on.

Once it gets easier to travel from the US I really gotta take a trip over the pond and train at ultra flex. What a great gym you got there. Good work. All around.

The consistency is incredible mate. Loving these videos 🤙

Quality is amazing. Well done both of you.

Between Kuba’s empassioned lectures and Meg’s laugh I couldn’t be more in love with you guys.  I get so excited every time a video pops up - it’s like Christmas morning! 😍🤗💕
