Great video! Level 3 is what I have experienced mostly in the workplace. As a k-12 teacher, I see level 3 in administrators, Principals, & other school leaders, which leads to teacher burnout. Society tends to think that teacher burnout is due to students, but that’s not the reason. Teacher burnout is sadly due to too many sociopaths working in education, in admin to be precise.

I don't think malignant narcissist are rare at all. I dated one that really enjoyed seeing me suffer.
I asked the Lord to help me get away and I did. I have since realized that I have been attracted to these psychopaths because I was raised by narcissists. Finally the this vicious cycle has been broken. I don't have to accept the toxic waste that they levy on me while simultaneously stealing my peace of mind.It is so sad to endure this and so sad to see others having to deal with People whom have chosen to lose their own Souls and then punish those who haven't.

Terrific work. You are a master therapist for sure & so clear & concise in your explanations. Perhaps when you have finished your narcissist series. You would consider doing a detailed empath series also. I found one of your videos on empaths particularly helpful as you didn't sugar coat the role empaths play in their relationships to others, particularly narcissists. This is particularly useful in not wasting time in victimhood but more in what empaths can do to stop the cycle of pleasing, appeasing & saving others. Thank you again for these enlightening videos.

In my experience with narcissists they move form level 1 to 3 all the time depending on how threatened they feel. They can get extremely sadistic if you allow them to (for eg if nobody would find about it).

Awesome stuff. I have narcissists in my family and this is a very clear and concise description of the disorder. The emotional manipulation is the scary part to me. Using victim mentalities and such to hold people emotionally or financially hostage. These are weak minded people who need to watch videos like this to understand themselves.
