Hey girl, I hope you're doing well.  Love you taking us along on the house hunt. Good luck.😊

I'm liking this "series ". Looks delicious!!
Hope you and your family are safe, and weathering the hurricane ok.

Freezer meals are always welcome.  Especially in bulk.  Work hard one day,  and lots of days off. My kind of work,  lol.

My family finally told me they prefer half the amount of ground beef in a casserole recipe and double the pasta and vegetables. So I play with the other measurements to accomodate that and you really don't miss the extra meat at all. At times, I will scramble fry all the ground beet at one time and divide it into smaller airtight packages and freeze the excess. Having the cooked meat on hand cuts down on the preparation time on busy nights. I also double/triple/quadruple recipes such as tomato sauce because it can be used in so many different recipes. I will frequently double some recipes and freeze half for use on another day. Having ready made food on hand in the freezer is like having an insurance policy for a busy day.

Love me some ground beef recipes!! Thank you for these I will definitely be making all of these love those trays too !!!

I went back and watched your stuffed bell pepper video from 2023, and they look bomb!! I like how much easier the casserole is, but I also really love me a good stuffed bell pepper. 😊

I love these recipes.  Such great ideas.  I’m a big freezer meal fan, especially since I will be having a knee replacement in November and want something easy for my husband.  Right now I have about 40 meals in the freezer, mostly chicken.  So these are ideal!  Thank you!

You should do a video (series) of your favorite kitchen equipment and hand tools, etc.!

These all look delicious!! I've never really done freezer meals, other than soup. That's about to change!! 😊

Fortunately I live in a farming community and can get my beef in bulk. It's a huge savings. I'm making these. These look goooooood!!! 😹

Hyped 😊.
Thank you for sharing this video 😊.

BeaUtiful, thank you for sharing! 🙏❤️❤️💜❤️❤️

Ooooh I needed these and I just might have every thing on hand. Albertson's had Campbell's soup for .99 a can this week so I grabbed all the cream ones. I can't wait to get started on every one. Yum. New ideas for me.❤ thanks

Love onions too..keep bags in freezer jullienne sliced ,diced ..and finely chopped
Same for peppers..

BTW here is a link to a homemade enchilada sauce that really is better than canned, and not spicy.  Just use regular flour and whatever chili powder you have instead of what the recipe says.  Turns out great every time.

A suggestion may be to use a piece of parchment or wax paper between the casserole and the aluminum lid. It will keep the cheese from sticking to the top if it does for you.

The french onion beef casserole recipe says 2 cups rice and you did 4 cups it looked like.  I am going to make all of these they look so good!!!  Thank you!

I so wish u lived closer or gas wasnt so high so you could come help me make some freezer mon and tues.  Im gonna try and have at least a week in the freezer inside so mom doesnt have to try and cook.  Shes in worse orthapedic shape then me

Do the french fried onions taste weird after being frozen?? I would think you'd add those right before cooking.

😂 ... No Cheese Left Behind!
