The police vehicle was moving from the right lane into the left lane so the driver of the small red car was NOT out of order to go to move out of the way into the right lane! He didn't know where TAFFY PLOD was going?

This is an erroneous video. It opens up by stating an outright lie. It says “Summertime in Cardiff, Wales”. Wales does not have a Summer time. This should have been fact checked before airing.

36:15 you can clearly see the car was in limp mode. 41:45 driver calmly stating what had happened and his intent but the copper wasn't exercising any discretion and to be frank didn't give a rats and he was just being a jerk. I hope the young lad had a common sense result from the magistrate.

Here is what you do. YOU Make REAL LAWS/Punishments. You want to keep parents from giving their Kids that SHOULDN"T be in their Car, NOT Give them/The Un-Insured Kid Possession of a Deadly weapon? If you catch that kid, You put the Kid/Parent in Jail Together for 1 year Pretty sure Parents will think twice about giving their kid that shouldn't be driving in the 1st place that they know they shouldn't ??? possession of that car again. Until they have the Proper Insurence and Drivers Liscense to do so LEGALLY

And if that Parent That Allowed it to happen tries to use, I Have to Work as the Excuse to get out of Serving time, THey pay a $5000 fine instead, THat will make people learn pretty quick I think.... Hey wait a minute that sounds like a REAL Law/Punishment that would make people THINK

And if the Parent says NO, the Car was taken without permission, that is Car thieft, And you put the kid in jail for 2 years and it goes on their record and will make getting a job in their future a Chore, Their Fault

Is not a vehicle in front of you indicating right means the vehicle is about to move right.o no the police know better.please elaborate cop as your speed was above the speed limit.lets hope your not doing what you want and getting away with it.like the thousands of x police in prison.fact.

The reason why the young lad indicated to move right is because the officer used the road like a race track! Right lane, left lane, back into the right! Poor kid didn't know where to position himself! 😅😂

The way that cop acted with that young lad was disgraceful. Not only did he cause the accident, he then laid the blame firmly at his door and tried everything in his power to discredit him and throw the book at him. I understand the insurance element etc, but people like this should be sacked and called out for what they are. There was no acceptance of wrongdoing whatsoever from his side on this basis. And they wonder why the general public treat them with contempt.

yes, he's 17 and you have been driving 20 years, but he WAS indicating and you were speeding. you have to take your share of the blame. funny that your wife's first thought was it was your fault. Wonder why.
