It's crazy that this happened in 2018. It feels like a lifetime ago at this point.

the document is the epitome of high school mentality, this guys never grew up, they just got older.

The entire document screams "I've never had a real job"

Maturing is realizing the doc only has a very few legitimate grievances.

To the 'grape scene' claim, there is a behind the scenes commentary by Rob Walker available, where Rob revealed he gave Lindsay Ellis full veto power on the scene; basically she got to saw it and if she still was uncomfortable they would cut it out of the movie.  She saw it, said it was fine, it was left in.  Lewis wasn't content with this and continually went to everyone on the set and went "Doug wrote a gRape scene" until it became a joke on set, and eveyrone would yell "MOM!  Doug wrote a gRape scene!"   No one took it seriously on set.

The quote Thealmightyloli;"Doug never needed any of these people. But they needed Doug."

To be fair. Sad Panda expressed his grievances with how his character was portrayed, AND DOUG LISTENED. The product was better for it.

"Nobody else was getting fired for it! Just me!"

Meanwhile, multiple people in the document making that same complaint

You know you're dealing with a guy with class When he makes an entrance like Mr Rogers while whistling Ennio Morricone.

Even after all this time has passed, it's still important for these liars to be held accountable for their lying. They shouldn't be able to get away with all the lies they told.

I’m interested in why Holly isn’t one of the people you trust right away. On to part 2…

watches Part 8 OH MY GOD…

The Contributors I believe:

The ones who didn't contribute to this document.

Sure as hell beats my coverage on the document from back in the day.

Are the doc's unironicaly 'nostalgia' by now?

A whole lot of "how dare they ask me to do my job" energy

Internet drama from yesteryear? And I'm at work? Lets go

They were originally tweets that were compiled into a document, which accounts for a lot of the minor complaints

Think it's funny how "change the channel" really worked. It made everyone change channel and the writers lost what little audience they had

God, it has been 6 years.  I still remember going on long walks with my dog and listening to all the drama as it spilled out because of that document.

Everyone in this document is so entitled. They act like they deserved success and the opportunity. None of them would survive a real job.

Literally all of these complaints can be said about any job, because companies don't care about you as a person, it's a working relationship. The only difference is that their job is on the Internet and public.

And it happens all the time when people like that lose the ability to differentiate between personal and real issues. This is the kind of stuff most people just complain about with family and friends.

Similar to the whole Gus Johnson situation where pretty common relationship issues were presented as an "exposè" bc it's internet people.

I've lost all respect for these people. They are all so narcissistic.
