Our first BYD SHARK 6 rescue on the channel — and it wasn’t an easy one.
The SHARK 6 was badly stuck in deep desert sand. We deflated the tires, tried self-recovery, traction boards, sand mode, switched traction control off, and tried to understand how the electronic systems were working.
But things didn’t go as expected.
The rear tires were spinning differently, the recovery became more challenging, and with temperatures reaching 46°C, even our camera overheated and shut down.
Did we miss a setting on the BYD SHARK 6?
